Keep it Fresh and Growing

Services to Make Keeping Your Website Relevant Easier

Post Publishing

Posting new content to your website shows search engines that your website is up to date and relevant. We can set up a posting schedule to gradually drip content onto your site every month. Just supply us with the content you’d like posted and we’ll handle it from there.

Support Time

Including our pre-paid support time in your maintenance plan gets you our time at a discounted rate to update or edit existing content on your website. It also gets you priority over any non-pre-paid support work. It’s our way of helping make sure your website stays relevant and aligned with your business.

Project Discounts

Clients who pay for a monthly maintenance plan have the advantage of discounted rates on future projects. Since we maintain the website and are sure we’re working with up to date and premium software we save a lot of time and money when working on a new project for your website. We pass these savings along to you!

Worry Free Maintenance

We're attentive and proactive so you don't have to be.

The whole point of a maintenance plan for your WordPress website is that you don’t have to worry about it. Services like scheduled software updates, security maintenance, speed optimization and in house hosting keeps all your website needs under one roof. We’re also very attentive and proactive, so if something ever goes wrong, like a website downage, or a program error, we can correct it quickly and efficiently. We make sure we offer everything you need to have a completely worry free website.

Free software is free for a reason. Either it only performs a very simple, non-vital task, or it’s garbage. We use paid, premium software when building and maintaining websites so that we know the software will be upkept and functioning properly well into the future. For a single website license these programs can be pricey. However, we have the advantage of being able to bulk purchase software licenses to use on our client’s websites allowing us to split the cost. This way our WordPress website maintenance customers can have affordable access to some of the best website software on the market.

Only the Best Made Affordable

Premium doesn't need to be expensive.

The Reaching Tomorrow Warranty

We back our work 100%. That's just good business.

  • About the Warranty
  • How do I get the Warranty?
  • What's Included?
  • Can I add things to the warranty?

We’re confident in what we do and how we do it. For that reason, we offer our Reaching Tomorrow Warranty so you can be confident in us, too. If you’re paying us to maintain your website and we fail to perform, which leads to a website failure of some type we’ll back the work 100% and fix it for free.

To get the Reaching Tomorrow Warranty we have a few requirements. All of our premium software with our licenses must be installed and utilized on your website. If we built your website, this won’t be an issue. If someone else built your website and you have a different software program doing something similar to a program we use it will be changed out. Your maintenance plan must include, at a minimum, all of our Core services (listed below). Your website login password must be rated as a strong password. Lastly, your account must be kept current. It’s pretty simple!

Website downage, security breaches, hosting service failures, loss of content or website are all covered under the Warranty with the exception of issues not caused by a failure of our service. Basically, if you’re paying us to do it and we don’t, we’ll fix it.

It depends on the things you would like to add, however we are open to discuss it and see what we can do for you!

Frequently Asked Maintenance & Support Questions

As long as your website was built with WordPress, with a few exceptions, we certainly can! Unfortunately, if it's not a WordPress website, then no, we cannot. We specialize in WordPress websites.

There are a variety of reasons your website should be professionally maintained. Over time the software used to build a website will become outdated. Often, the creators release new versions to update the software to keep it functioning and relevant. If these programs aren't maintained and kept up to date it could lead to slow loading speeds, pages breaking, or even worse, security breeches. Adding new content to your website and keeping your content fresh and aligned with your business is also great for your SEO.

This depends on what you want from your maintenance plan. By filling out the form above we can give you an accurate quote.

If we built your website there would not be any set up fees. If you already have a WordPress website built by someone else, then there is a chance that there could be some set up costs at the outset of our working together. This is determined by the amount of work that needs done to bring the website to our standards, which we won't know until we review your website.
