Get Modern.

Modern & Responsive

Your website is often a potential customer’s first contact with your business. An outdated, difficult to use website can turn them away faster than the click of a mouse. That’s why we’re out to eliminate them. Gone are the days of crazy backgrounds, crowded pages, and text that’s too small to read on a mobile device.  We build modern, dynamic websites that are inviting, easy to navigate, and responsive to any screen size so your customer knows you care about your appearance and will be here well into the future.

Stay Modern.

Adaptable & Growth Forward

Businesses change. The services and products you provide change. Your staff changes. Everything changes. Your website shouldn’t be an exception. Over time you should be updating your website to accurately represent your business, what you do, and who you are. We build websites with this in mind and make sure they are completely adaptable and growth forward. We start with one of the most popular and powerful content management system platforms on the web and pair it with a suite of premium software. This makes editing content, changing pictures, even adding new pages and lead capture tools a much more efficient and intuitive process compared to other website back-ends.

Pursue Your Goals

Boost ROI with a Goal Oriented Website

A website can do more than display your phone number, address, and a few pictures of your business. They can be a great tool to help you reach your business goals. Whether you need to generate more sales leads, communicate with staff more efficiently, or increase call volume your website can be built to help. When we first start working with a new client we put a major emphasis on understanding their goals and brainstorming ways we can make their new website fit them. We then use the goals as a guide when building the website to make sure the entire site is moving toward reaching one goal or another. This is how we create websites that are more than just a few nice looking pages floating around on the web. Instead, your investment gives you a dynamic tool that shows return again and again by helping you reach your goals.

Thoughts and Philosophies on Pricing

What Does a Website Cost?

What does a website cost? That’s one of the most common questions we get asked. You can see the answer below in the FAQs, but here the short answer…it depends on the website and what you want out of it. We don’t have a set price list for website builds because each website is different, they provide different levels of value to our customers, and offer different features that take us different amounts of time and knowledge to create. Instead, we follow a few simple pricing principles that guide us to offering affordable web design, while still making what we need to make to keep our business running. To help you understand how we approach pricing, these principles are below.

Affordable and cheap are two different words with two different meanings. Affordable is something that’s inexpensive relative to its quality and the value it provides. Cheap is something that is inexpensive and of low quality. We’re not cheap, we don’t want to be cheap, we will never be cheap. We are affordable. No, we can’t build you a website for $500.00 like the high school kid down the road that has no overhead and nothing but time to build you a website using free software. The websites we build are high quality. They are built with premium software, and made to last for a long time so you don’t need to spend more money in the future to have it completely rebuilt. We create high quality, high value websites and we price them accordingly.

Your website should be helping your business in some way by helping you reach a goal. Regardless of what that goal is it should be helping to implicitly or explicitly increase profit and/or decrease costs. A goal oriented website, by definition, is an investment in your business. Investments carry value and our pricing reflects the value your website investment will provide to your business.

Two things I hold in high regard personally are fairness and integrity, and I’ve carried that over to the way we do business, including how we handle pricing. We charge a fair price for our work and we don’t jack the price up just because we know we can. We charge what we need to make sure we’re comfortable putting in the time and effort we require of ourselves for each job, while still making a profit. As far as integrity is concerned, we do what we say we’re going to do, when we say we’re going to do it, how we say we’re going to do it, at the price we said we would do it at. If for some reason we can’t do what we said we were going to do, we’ll find an alternative and notify you immediately and proceed from there. We’re upfront and honest about what you’re paying for, what we can and can’t do, and on our timelines for project completions. We keep you informed through the entire process and make sure we’re as transparent as possible.

At the end of the day, we want to provide long lasting value to our customers. We want you to come back and work with us to grow your online presence and your business again and again. Building that relationship is of utmost importance to us. We keep that in mind when pricing. We’re not here to argue over price and sit through an hour long negotiation. Instead, we give our best price the first time and do so in a way that we make sure you know exactly what you’re paying for.

Our Process

1

Define

First things first, we define your project. We do this using our online presence worksheet. The worksheet consists of a few questions and your answers help guide us through your project. After filling out the worksheet, we'll ask any additional questions and clarify your responses if needed. Then, it's on to the proposal.

2

Propose

After defining your project we create your proposal. Our proposals aren't necessarily technical, but they are in depth. So, we like to review them in person, over video chat, or using a video presentation. This way we can make sure you understand exactly what you're paying for.

3

Build

In step three the fun begins. We start building your new website, consulting you along the way as needed. You can be as involved in the process as you like, all we ask is that you provide us with the content we require to complete your project in a timely fashion so we can stick to our timeline.

4

Launch

In step four we release your new website into the wild. Your website will go live, we'll finish up any SEO related tasks, launch any search ads you would like, and submit your website for indexing. You'll be able to start driving traffic to your website and seeing it's potential as it begins to gain traction and show results.

5

Maintain

For your website to stay functioning properly it's important to maintain it. It's like a car. In order for it to run well it needs maintained on a regular basis. We'll set your website up with a Maintenance Plan to make sure it's kept up to date and secure. Check out our WordPress Website Maintenance Plan page for more details.

Take The First Step

Step one is to define your project using our Online Presence Worksheet. It'll take a few minutes of your time to answer the questions we've put together for you, but it will save us hours of time later on.

Frequently Asked Questions

There are many factors that play into website cost. Every project is priced differently based on client budget, the website functionality, time needed, etc. In short, that depends on you and what you want out of your website. See our "Affordable" section above for more details on our price philosophy.

For many websites we operate on a four week timeline with each week being a different part of the process. For larger websites, or sites with more complicated features, like e-commerce or detailed customer accounts, it may be longer. We give a timeline for project completion in every proposal and generally we stick very close to it.

We are specialists at using WordPress, so as long as your current site is built using WordPress we would be happy to take a look at it. Once we look at it we'll be able to tell you what we can, can't, will, and won't do.
